I guess coltraz hatched for 5 copies of rozaliz before hitting single copy of goalith if it wasn’t glitched he would have stopped at 4 copies

Suppose a person only needed a single shard but because of the bug he overspent spending till 30th pack
Hitting the pity timer or not has nothing to do with this error.
If you knew the pity timer would give you the correct one, then you must have known something was wrong with the banner. That makes even less sense to pursue the pity timer, except in the hope that all the gems spent would be compensated.

If I am being honest I spent everything because I was farming a bug thinking even in worst case scenario devs would declare yesterday hatching void and simply return the gems or in the best case scenario let us keep the monsters further this type of compensation practice wasn’t mentioned anywhere so I acted completely logically because this exact issue when happened in fate grand order, or arknights players were refunded everything and they were also allowed to keep everything you could have atleast given the option to get the gems or monsters
Like I said, our solution is straightforward. You wanted the monster, and you did hatch, so we will give you the monster. If you didn’t want that monster, you shouldn’t have hatched from this banner in the first place.
I believe this is logical as well.

To be fair, 18 packs for 5 Mythics is very lucky, and you got 2 copies of Goliatherion on top of that after the compensation… I wouldn’t go for a reset unless the Fortune Shrine is open tomorrow…

Yup my luck has been excessively good recently but The problem is that because I have exams, I only download neo once in blue moon when the shrine is live I was hoarding gems since last anniversary to go all out on this year’s anniversary but because I think I was drunk I spent 1200 gems on carmillite banner there also I was extremely lucky but yesterday since I was greedy I lost every gem so I think I won’t be having enough to participate in fortune shrine atleast till my exam is over

Sometimes you want to gamble on it to see what happens. But gambling is gambling. In this case I’d still argue it’s a win for the spender. Getting to keep the error copies is a good compensation!
Also if you discover an exploit in a game you should straight away report it. Because those accounts that have exploited the bug will often be banned. I know that it’s the developer’s fault that the issue exists but it’s the user’s fault if they decide to exploit the bug.

Wassent reported, was abused, and everyone who abused it lost everything they glitched into exsistence wile getting suspended for xxx time these people never learn i swear 
Atleast this time they got exstra mythics for their greed
It shouldn’t be like that if devs make mistakes they should simply accept it and should correct their mistakes instead of banning players

You are absolutely right and I’m not even blaming anyone, but I did was I assumed to be right,but still it hurts to loose a gamble
I can understand the frustration
But even so gambling on it and going below your set limit 0 is foolish at the best of days. Simply due to it being unpredictable.
Next time just dont go below whatever your limit is be that 2000 gems like me or 500 gems for those with less controll. And you wont be scorched worst case

I left just enough that pvp gems and monthly gem pack covers the gap to 500
