Did Zigza have layoffs recently? Because this Rozaliz release is the most disastrous one since Mal(ware)wing! Things going wrong in so many levels!
But u guys didn’t want all ur gems back + could hold all of ur hatches ?
First we want info:
- what was in that banner?
- what were the odds?
- was Goliath even in the pool?
- why was Rozaliz and her limited legends and SE in the pool there? If so, when did it happen since she was released after this banner started.

I would suggest everyone who plan on spending all their gems on the Goliath banner to hold onto them now, the moment this is noticed and fixed, you could spend all those gems for nothing and not get refunded.
When Killerdog noticed the GF Sunflower error a while back, people tried to exploit it and it was very quickly fixed. Many people came on the forum complaining because they didn’t know it was fixed and still spent their gems.

Very very bad for players who spend her paid gems to this .
Hope the tellin the true in how many banners it happen before .
I think the main problem is that the release so many banners at the same time with so many new mithics in that speed .
Think they lose control from time to time
Squinty opened on this banner and got only Rozaliz x3. I got 5 off banner myths before hitting pity and getting guaranteed copy of Goliath.
Tell me did you also got more copies of standard pool mythic than rozaliz like me or it was just coincidence with me
My theory: the goliath hatch API was accidentally swapped by rozaliz API. Now how they were swapped idk, but my bet is on a faulty if/switch statement (or just human error for that matter). Since the pity timer egg hatches are unique cases, they are probably treated as separate APIs, therefore this did not change the pity hatch for this egg.
@Dev_VKC How close/far am I here?

@Dev_VKC maybe you should rerun this banner for a week once again tomorrow so those who want to awaken it can do it without spending 30 packs for a copy.
I, for one would love to have an option to try again in correct odds and not wait couple of months to have a chance again.

I understand that, but I’m sure that most people are players who, when they found out about the error, quickly went to spend their gems so that they would be returned in the next few days.
If this happens, what will happen is that players will be encouraged to take advantage of a mistake to make a profit and that is a problem.

Generally speaking, however they decide to fix it, the players that hatch on these “bugged” eggs still make profit unless they rollback everything that was obtained 
Rozaliz copies are not so much value since she is just a waifu Arachno that is slower and uglier.
Thank you for reporting. This issue was fixed several hours ago.
It appears that something went wrong after we released Rozaliz, which caused the featured monsters in Goliatherion’s banner to be unavailable until the issue was resolved.
Since both egg banners have the exact same number of featured monsters and identical individual hatch rates, we will apply the following compensation, which will also be announced in-game soon:
Players who hatched the wrong limited monsters will receive the corresponding featured monsters in their reward box, as they were originally supposed to hatch.
For example:
If you incorrectly hatched a Rozaliz in the Goliatherion’s banner, you will receive a Goliatherion in your reward box; if you hatched Angelion, you will receive Revenarchion, and so on.
You may keep the incorrectly hatched monsters as a token of our apology. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Goliatherion’s banner will be over in a few hours and Coltraz, surely other players too, had to stop pulling because it was bugged. I guess I think you could do more than just replace the rozaliz they people got with a single golatherian which they didn’t think they would get.
You and Coltraz make a good point. We will also extend Goliatherion’s banner period to March 10th.

Just simply return the gems which was spent yesterday and delete the monsters which was hatched on goalith banner
We decided to give players the monsters they were originally aiming for. This approach is more straightforward, as even if they receive the same amount of gems, their luck cannot be replicated.
