Can someone explain to me why after one kill the black beast can one shot double bloodthirst both my omegas and Chronozeros?! If you’re going to allow that then might as well switch his attack from double bloodthirst to double blood fury…just goes to show that whoever ended up with moji rather than this guy got screwed over big time.
Other monsters can one shot after one kill with bloodthirst if the attacking monster is high attack and agaisnt a monster who is weak and is the weakness element. Oni can one shot things like serazeal, jawshank can one shot sear etc
However B.B. is exceptionally strong and does ALOT of damage
Type advantage and I feel in the 2 cases of peng and Deluga that excessive force gives some type of extra attacking points to the monster,but mainly in the two monsters you named its because they are both light type and Deluga is Dark

Shadowyrm with one kill can kill omegasdragon in 1 hit as well.
Chrono is a toss up for shadow.
Delugazar ignores defense.

0 kills = 600
1 kill = 2000
2 kills = 18000
Numbers vary a bit because of enemy defence and buff multipliers in PvE. But PvP it’s basically that and with type advantage you’re looking at double.
Hence, 2000 becomes more like 4000. Since pretty much all legendaries have around 4000 health it’s not surprising this can be a one-shot. Monsters with high damage and bloodthirst definitely will one-shot with this (e.g. Shadowyrm as previously mentioned).
I feel like Excessive force gives the monster 1.25x damage output but that might just be me. I’d say it needs testing out. But either way, Delugazar packs a punch with his double bloodthirst even after only one kill. It one-shots practically any holy monster in PvP. Considering how he has no defensive passives and double bloodthirst is 160TU I think it’s a very fair way to have an awesome sweeper as he’s meant to be.

With BB you cant play defensive things as everybody is saying here he is kind of op so just kill him before he kills you or use the stun 
Stun, sleep or kill him. He has weaknesses but you DO NOT want to let him stay alive on the field and getting turns.
Bb cant allways one shot holy legend monsters with only 1 kill i would say its like 50% chance
Chrono sometimes survives it… usually holy legends with -4200HP and -3300DEF cant survive DBT even with only 1 kill…all depends of HP and DEF

So to clarify I believe the passive excessive force actually ignores enemy defense stats when calculating damage, hence delu does a metric ton of damage even uncharged.
Also as stayed the type advantage makes a big difference, most shadow monsters with bloodthirst can kill squishy holy monsters after one kill.
Oh and as for countering delu just hit him, he dies to literally everything
