Hi guys, just letting you know that I got my account back thanks to MikeDev. After investigating the ban they discovered it was due to a glitch. My team is restored. Unfortunately I missed the legendary festival, but at least I can play again. And by the next festival I should have enough gems for two 10 in 1 rolls. Wish me luck!

I sent an email to the support team, but all they did is confirm the ban. I asked around on the forums and people suggested I contact the devs directly, so I sent a PM to MikeDev on this forum and he sorted it out for me.
