Account Cleared Or Banned?

Hi Everyone,

When I opened up neo monsters this morning it was as if I was starting a new game and now when I try to use my restore code, nothing happens it just keeps on connecting to server.

I’d really like to know why, I’ve spent money on this account and have no violated any rules, there is no ban message but I’d like to know what’s happening.
