It is possible to advance forward level 200 in UC without sleepers?

I guess I have a good team (BUT with no sleeper) and cant move beyond level 200.

Poison eaters do nothing, idem with last bitter, so, what to do?

It’s been done before. I believe it involves some combination of stun, Death Revenge and Death Sentence. The buffs aren’t actually that strong at 200 yet so blood moves and very powerful bomb moves are absolutely viable as well.

I’ve gone to about 600 without sleepers, could go further but no time.

I use a combination of DR, aurodragon, atrahasis, and bovolcus, with some stun added in

I wish to hace auro and atrahasis. Already beat level 200 with 4 DR and a lot of stun.

Try this kind of team. I’ve got to level 700 with relative ease in all the recent UC events. Only reason I didn’t push further was because of time constraints. That was also before my recent boosts:

  • Crim instead of horrorclaw
  • Another legendary death revenge instead of Metatherion (around the sleep section for more reliable DSA)
  • Another legendary death revenge instead of the sleep revenge (before the one-on-one monster and Soulstealer)

Only issue with my current setup is using Shivadragon after the mirror revenge. If I use hp share it takes away all the health from the buffed monster. I may change the order a bit. Now I have more death revenge monsters up the front Aurodragon never survives until when Shiva arrives.

If you have any questions about the use of these types of monsters in UC or how I use my team then ask away. I have no death sentence and cannot perform a reliable sleep lock so have been using everything else I can to compete in UC with other stuff.

Very good strategy team, BUT i Dont have any of them. Thats my real problem. Thanks.

Yup that’s the problem with UC! You need very specific strategies to beat super buffed monsters. It’s surprising how many legendaries can help play a part though.

You can get past 1000 without sleep easily. Just ask my boy Navelstan.

Interesting thought came to me just now.

Instead of having a timer to limit the amount of times someone can play. Why not set a limit of say 100 per player? Then players can choose when to play. They could play all 100 times up front if they wished (if they had the time). Or spread it over the event period. Or leave to last minute?

You have 10 tickets to spend, waay before its only 5,

Hm. Not following your comment.

I thought the ticket limit was to make it fair for everyone. So that players who have more time than others don’t get ranked higher from endless grinding - no?

My suggestion actually gives players less tickets overall. Each player gets 24 tickets per day. And the event goes for 5 days.

Why would you want less tickets?

He means same tickets but they are given to you when event is open

So in UC we get 130 try to battle on 5 days each hour you get 1

His idea is you have 130 from the start and you play when ever you want in 5 days period, this is how I see his idea

It’s not about having less tickets. Its about most effective use of tickets. You see, like most others, I won’t be using the full 24 tickets per day as I have other things to do. And it’s mich easier to crack teams if you attempt it several times in a row, especially when you’re very close to cracking the team, as opposed to coming back several hours later.

Therefore having more tickets isn’t always the better option.

Thanks. At least someone understands what I’m saying.

I think it can be a good idea but on a daily base so each day 24 try and if you dont play them all, next day 24 is added and what was left from the day before
So you have 130 tries at last day not the first one if you haven’t played at all

I’ve always much preferred this exact style. Daily limits are much better than energy which replenishes regularly. This gives a lot more freedom to the player and is especially useful for things which are time consuming (e.g. PvP matches).

However, from a design perspective it’s not necessarily something they want to do. They want players coming back to the game regularly… like every 8 hours or so. Tickets do this exact job. The key is to make them take long enough to fill so you don’t stress out your playerbase. When we had 5 tickets max on UC this was a nightmare for a lot of people I’m sure, so the expansion to 10 was the right thing to do.

UC battles take longer than most, but I wouldn’t say it’s crazily hard to keep on top of them as long as there aren’t other events running at the same time (e.g. PvP or Island Challenge). I think the maximum of 10 tickets works perfectly, all things considered. Maybe if UC was released alongside other stuff they should consider making the limit 20 tickets just as a one-off.
