I donât understand why itâs so hard to just hit ârunâ and accept defeat. They probably think theyâd look like a loser but simply disconnecting while losing is the real loser move.
Some people think theyâre saving time. For others itâs a mental thing. They donât see the âdefeatâ screen so they get less upset? Or it feels humiliating to run? Those people should understand that nobody cares about that.
On the occasions I do play PvP, I always run when I know Iâm gonna lose. However, I have disconnected once in PvP on purpose and that was when Gary rocklocked and sleep locked me, so I couldnât even run, and I could also see that he was having a bit of fun with it (which he of course denied). I wouldnât have got a turn for 2-3 minutes so it saved time from both of us.

As someone who has regettably done this a few times, I think the option to run should be available even if the opponent is making moves.

We already have that one and peoples prefer to dc ratherthen use it !

Yea it will surely help the so called legit players to end game much quicker and start a new one but what can we do about others who just dc ?
In some point thats true but idk what others think but what i think is that just they wanna make you suffer cuz you beat them up !
Be like : you defeated me now let just suffer that !

I agree. Iâd only DC if I canât run in the next 2 minutes. Otherwise people who DC do it just to be rude IMO.

Time for a hot take. If you disconnect, itâs an instant loss. Half the time you canât reconnect anyway so it just saves everyone time

As much as Iâd love to see that, itâs too unfair for people that have an unstable connection and canât do anything about it.

I always find waiting about 10 seconds works. Or if youâre on WiFi, disconnect and go 4G and then hit reconnect and that works too. Itâs rare I canât get back in.
