I am a newbie just 50 days, and my whole strategy depends upon stun and time strike as for now,
but I have seen in recent time some monster dont get stunned, they arent even stun immune, nor there is some time freeze monster,
so why does it happen
Time freeze wont affect stun
If aethereon is on the field every monster is stun immune, if there is a stun counter in the enemy team , the enemy team is stun immune, if there is an absorber all stun gets absorbed by it
well there wasnt any absorber,
I am not so sure about aethereon,
and @TheCroutonGuy, I have a warca that means my team is stun immune till its alive😕?, I thought only he was stun immune,
Cool ,poison and the primitive aoe spam is my choise but poison immune is more common,
Just a team of slug and my fl is dead
Only warca is stun immune cause its a stun converter, but leogeist and angelion are stun counter so you whole team is stun immune
ohh thanks
The passives are:
- Stun immune (this monster doesn’t get stunned - other teammates do)
- Stun converter (this monster gets a turn if it’s stunned - other teammates get stunned normally)
- Stun counter (this monster gets a turn if it or any teammate is stunned - other teammates are protected from stun, including absorbers)
- Stun absorber (if anyone gets stunned on your team, this will get stunned instead by the total amount - other teammates are protected from stun)
- Insulator field (no monsters on the battlefield can be stunned)
- A couple of passives like “Dolphin Bond” will grant one of the above passives when a certain condition is met, e.g. there is another dolphin on the battlefield with dolphin bond.
Stun counter is the ultimate passive that you have to watch out for. If there’s a combination of stun counters/converters then they will all get turns if their team is stunned (stun counter doesn’t stop the turn-giving passives from also triggering).
Stun counter and stun converter make the monster weak to chrono killer, because they are turn-granting effects.
That should explain everything!
I guess I was trying to stun aurodragon, and it had nothing written as stun immunity, but still when I applied stun grenade, I got a pop up, saying it cant be stunned
There was a stun counter or stun absorber in enemy team .
@no there wasnt read this, u will get to know
As Professor_Oak said, that pop-up happens when there is another monster in the enemy team that has stun counter or stun absorber. When there’s a monster with either of those passives then they have to be the target of a move like stun pulse/grenade.
If a monster is simply stun immune you get no such pop-up. Instead it will let you use the attack and the monster will not get stunned by it.
ohh ,thanks for helping @Killerdog
