I am already have this idea before. Super fast SE with raw man eater. And another good skill set such Bloodfury, canibalize token , venombreaker.

It need buff but maneater giving to every mos is not good. Or give maneater but tu 160.
Thats the point, you can’t just play it in FL and not expect a hard counter
You can play with protector and that could counter Leo
Thats why 99% speed maneater makes alot more sense, it makes the game balanced when there is a hard counter and avoid unnecessary nerfs.

the problem is it makes it too powerful,70 TU headhunder gives it good power without making it completely busted
Then you would run into tanky Human Fl like momo without a risk, a hard counter forces team building

momo is very slow in terms of speed,pretty sure mantiferno and voidress could take her out.
alongside that,they could just mildly increase headhunter’s damage
or if you’re gonna give leogeist man-eater,you could give it a link and raw restriction and still have it 100 TU.
The entire point is to introduce hard counter instead of direct nerfs like @Dev_VKC said while buffing old monsters
Maneater at 99 speed would force Charybidia players to run protectors to hide her without needing a nerf.
In other hand if they run protectors she would not be able to use raw knockback things balance out.
