:pushpin: Buff Proposal for Kirina

Kirina is a mythic with an appealing concept: a fast killer with risk/reward mechanics thanks to her life-inversion passive. However, in practice she becomes far too vulnerable after her first turn.

On her first turn, even with the combo of Instant Toxic Assassin (1s) followed by Desperate Stampede, you can end up losing impact against a simple rockoid, which greatly reduces her initial value. Although she has True Strike, which cannot be redirected, it lacks piercing damage, so it doesn’t guarantee a relevant kill either.

:wrench: Suggested Adjustments

  • Base Speed: increase slightly (e.g., from 42% to 55–60%) so she doesn’t fall too far behind on the opening turn.
  • RAW Desperate Stampede: make it RAW (non-redirectable) while keeping its piercing condition. This ensures it always hits the intended target, reinforcing her killer role.
  • Passive Art of Taiji: in addition to inverting life, reduce the TU of the next skill by 10%. This preserves the risk concept but gives her consistency so she doesn’t get locked out.

  • These changes don’t alter the monster’s core concept, but make her viable and competitive.
  • The risk mechanic (life inversion) is preserved, but she gains more margin to fulfill her role as a fast killer.
  • With these improvements, Kirina would stop being a “one-turn wonder” and become a strategic option in both PVP and PVE, without turning into an unbalanced threat.

No Mythic should be buffed while there are 10 others that are even worse. Kirina is good—perhaps not SS or SSS tier, but she is good. There are many other Mythics that are far more deserving of a buff.

I just hit 45 win streak today with her, i think she is fine, There are others who deserve buffs more than her but in case she does get a buff, i think posion immunity is only missing

I have said it earlier , I’m saying it now . She doesn’t need a buff. She’s good.

Normal 9+ tu : 51 secs.

Accelerated tu (with the help of others): 41secs.
If elemental acceleration: 36 tu.
Can be protected using protect , taunt, auto taunt, ap, stunning , stealth .
She doesn’t need poison immunity , purify. Atleast you can get guaranteed two or three kills with her. If synergised even more.
Novem, jingwei, melusine, brynhyldir, atlanachia needs buffing more than she does. You have to find a way to reduce her hp to half or close to half so she doesn’t hit hg. You can shield her.

Proposal to buff Medbie :woozy_face:

Medbie is an old Mythic. She’s good at doing her job, but I want her to be even better, because this forum is public

Medbie:

Full House now also eliminates a random enemy (if the enemy has a revenge effect, the revenge will only target Mr. Bun, or Ms. Bun)

Waifu Burrow:

This skill summons Mr. Bun and Ms. Bun, replacing “Deuce of Hand” and “Sleight of Hand”

Rabbit Stew:

This will be her new skill. If Mr. Bun and Ms. Bun are on the battlefield together with Medbie, you automatically win the match and VKC personally comes to your house to cook you rabbit stew for being such a great player

Mr. Bun:

Make him deal lethal piercing damage, ignore stealth, negate revenge abilities, and on top of that cook rabbit stew for Medbie (for balance purposes, it only works while Medbie is on the field)

Ms. Bun:

Give her the same stats as A.L.Y.C.E. but with ViviĂ©nne’s and Daji’s skills combined (if Medbie is on the field)

Why do I think Medbie needs a buff? Because she doesn’t feel like an SSS+ ViviĂ©nne/Pandora tier monster to me

I think she gets killed quickly with all the piercing around. In the sc I faced her and felt that the others were more good than her.

I could be wrong.

Only one change i would like on daji is that her dajis whim won’t target any monster with same name.

Some buff suggestion for kuraokami

Snow 60tu->50tu

Gains +100% defence and attack boost for each ally yuki on field.

For Yuki

Snowball will ignore hold ground and shield if an allied kuraokami has been defeated.

Winter lullaby 100% chance if an allied kuraokami has been defeated.

When defeated by an enemy, it increase the number of sec of the monster by 30. Increase the number of sec of all enemy monster by 30 if an allied kuraokami has been defeated.

I can get behind this one.

It can cause an avalanche but when defeated it only splits into 3 yuki, should be like 6, 10 or 10 trillion if you want a real life representation

Medbie used to be rock bottom in my opinion but shes in a reasonable place atm. Her problem has never really been her moveset but her low speed. Its just difficult to get turns with her sometimes so she feels worse than she is.

Also as I’ve pointed out repeatedly her AI is dreadful and she will spam dual overconfident strike until her health is in the red rather than using a bun swap when it gets out of the crit zone of confident strike which would heal her upon return.

I use Medbie a lot, and personally I consider her Tier A. She practically has 7 skills, and I’ve noticed that “Four of a Kind” actually gets used much more often than it seems. Her only real drawback is that she can’t stop Gravity Field.

The last buff they gave to Mr. Bun and Mrs. Bun didn’t really change much, since they’re almost always expected to sacrifice themselves anyway.

She’s one of the most balanced Mythics in the game. She doesn’t need any buffs.
