Should Delugazar also have one kill on entry so that he could charge double BT with one swift chrono killer? And not lose the kills when he’s knocked back?
Sure I would not care but this is a mythic we are talking about (devs make mythics as unique as possible and newer legendaries) and this is also a passive change idea (SS change into passive).
Should we end world hunger? Yeah why not, brother, but I was just asking for a small latte with non-dairy milk
Just comparing two similar monsters. Both are super effective when charged up but it takes a bit of time. Both work best in a GT setup.
I am playing my last BQ on myths that is left for me - Mechydra - and it’s almost unplayable now with the change to poison immune monsters.
Two poison immune monsters basically lock you out of triple poison eater (why would an awakened mythic have the same main skill as Tridrakhan???). I am sure you can come up with some unique skills for such a cool design.
Dual Slayerbane even with attack boost is still mediocre, Accelerate Sting is weird move too.
Either make it a good sweeper or a good supporter for poison.
Right now it’s neither of those. Very random skillset jammed together.
Maybe insomnia swapped for Dual Type: Dragon + Robotic would be a good change.
And some unique SS skill that’s not boring.
Almost like it was a horrible nerf and they need to make it so you can target them but the poison immune monster takes no damage like using a non-piercing move on a Gabrielle/Nyx with a shield on.
Is it? What’s the damage like
This is pretty good example how Camo + Poison Immunes can make it a total dead weight.
Not that I awakened it because I wanted to run it - I knew it is bad as hell, just didn’t even think it was THAT bad while playing its BQ.
There’s the issue with how poison immunity currently works. Mediocre monsters suffer more than those the change was made for.
Also a few buff ideas for Mechydra:
Accelerate sting can be aimed at enemies too. It poisons the enemy and gives it 200 TU death sentence.
Strong poison touch->Strong mutual poison touch
Triple Poison eater->Double Detox strike (200 TU)
SS: Instant Purify->Instant Poison Gather: Purifies teammates and poisons user. Only usable if one or more teammates are poisoned, user excluded.
Mechydras passive skill Cyber Stun Booster also boosts all robotic-type teammates’ attack by 50%
Mechydra suffer from the same issue as Ophi does - very bad type support.
only one solution then
full redesign make her a waifu then mecha would have all the support of 90% of mythics in the game
More Robotic mythics, more Lizard mythics! @Dev_VKC
Or at least good legendaries.
@Dev_VKC I know her main skills TU got reduced but it has not solved her issue of having low damage and her becoming complete deadweight when there is no reinforcements on opponent side.
Yes, it’s a higher BQ battle with boosted enemies but it still makes no sense that Selene’s Gibbous one shots anything and she struggles against super epics.
She is fine already a S tier mythic she one shots everything that is not tanky
This is from the same battle.
Gibbous can be used after 68 tu, Ambush has 250tu cooldown and another restriction on top of it. This is the main sweeping skill of her, unless you are a fan of spamming thunderseal on wrong targets.
Maybe the solution would be to make Thunderseal 1-shot monsters that don’t have stun skills
Your comparing a sweeper and a support monster, they are not the same.
Furthermore your doing pve with buffed monsters, she shouldnt one shot them in the first place. She does extremely well in pvp shotting anything thats not tanky
I am sorry I expected more from a skill that has 250tu cooldown, another time restriction for targets, is higher tu than Charybdia’s Grasp and is not healing her each time.
Also, PvE is part of the game too.
Screw PVP
It deals the exact same damage as Charybdia’s virulent grasp, which makes sense. The damage you’re seeing there is when facing literally the defence cap. It’s always good when defence buffs giving the defence cap actually matter because they can prevent a one-shot (4k damage in this case doesn’t one-shot mythics / HP boosted monsters). In the context of PvE, almost all damage-based attacks won’t one-shot that Saberzor so I don’t think it’s too surprising. Selene is arguably the strongest PvE monster in the game so it’s not a fair comparison for any monster.
Yeah but Charybdia can quickly boost her attack while her “alternative” is way more restrictive while having higher tu and flawed mechanic on the main sweeping move.
