Gems/Money refund

Hey guys,just had a problem with the shop,google play crashed when I was paying and Neo Monster opened a window saying I already bought that item,leaving me without gems and with 3,99 euros less on my phone account. I alredy sent a mail to the support,just wanted to ask how much time did they take to do something or reply to my mail
