No, they’re probably just going to reduce its critical range, maybe down to about 10 seconds. I’m pretty sure its primary purpose is a skip counter, so it shouldn’t extend too far beyond that.

its easy enough to counter and puts your own team at risk to setup. I think it’s fine as is.
Just run 2 fast mons (preferably 1 Kong because he counters most strats), a slightly slower mon, and a kind of support. That usually gives you a decent chance vs teams. What exactly you use and their synergy will determine what teams it can take down and how well it will sweep.
