I think Vulka need 1 or 2 Passives
His Normal Moveset is okay…or solid…but thats all
The pumkin has nearly the same speed…Better Moves und 2 Great Passives. Which make him so much better for me. Vulka looks so great he need a little buff.

Give him like chance auto poison or something
Give it hg, stun immunity and change bloodthirst to berserk smash

Fixed auto poison - enemies that enter will be poisoned and will have their hp reduced by 1/8 of max health
I would give him chance auto poison, and stun immue / reduce double poison eater TU to 130 (or change it to double poison chomp for that matter).
His moves are outdated and got super high TU (accalarate doesnt help as he doesnt got a chance to use it, he’s a sweeper not a supporter)

He’s not new, therefore no $$$, therefore no upgrade.
I think they need to change this monster completely, including the design…
Make it a bird
Give it tranquilising entrance
Give it a SS to abuse the passive.
Voila. Now we have two OP birds running about in pvp…
