A system where players can exchange ingredients or gifted them to friends or other players.
Same for monsters - so dup monster can be gifted to someone or not
but only verified players can do that.

I agree with that, its hard to have another account and reach level 70, or why not rank 100 only?
Then it will be unfair for players who are below that level also it will make players who reached that level alot stronger then the rest
No it’s not unfair! It is just a protection against opportunists player that can create a lot of accounts
What about olayers who only own one account and below the level
If you wanna limit the trade, just make it a reward for top 10 PvP or for top 10 UC. Or just give them a legend…
And i’m telling you, im still on rank 41 now,

Well, maybe for the future when clan system has been implemented, the top PvP/UC players could help their clan members by gifting legends.
Probably not happening. It would kill the devs monatary plan.
