Ophidiator, Majorie, Hawknight, Apollonis, Lucifelle. (sarcasm, these are ones that desperately need buffing)

For pvp i would put them in this order
1- Vixienblade
2- Carmilla
3- Asmodia
4- Momo
5- Orochi

For me, the first 3 are very clear at the moment.
following this order 
Selene: she is immune to sleep with a possible defense improvement and maintaining territory, she only needs 34 seconds to start and sweep an entire team in 34 seconds, in addition to that she has healing ability, her strongest point is that she does not need a configuration to work great.
Vixenblade: With defense/attack and piercing upgrades, holding territory and ability to convert a 4v1 with the right setup is very oppressive.
NYX: fermata is probably the most oppressive move in the game, it is incredible the advantage you can get once you execute fermata, with a possible shield to be able to execute fermata successfully and in addition to that a 200% defense improvement, the biggest problem of NYX is that you need a good collection of monsters to make her op ah her.
