Tier list change log

New Additions Update

Sanguithor goes in at C for PvE, F for PvP, second form tier 3 and D for HP boost
With an incredibly powerful passive that makes it impossible to target they had to go very tame with the moveset. I believe they went too tame, but also am scared that any buff could easily make this monster a big problem.

High seconds on all the moves is what keeps it in check. So even after a 40% accelerate, it’s still slower at sweeping/controlling than top tier monsters. This is an important aspect of the design, but the big issue in my mind is that it relies so much on the accelerate to feel impactful and to do that wastes so much time. Accelerating your team too is definitely nice, but if that’s all it’s doing for the first 300s it’s on the battlefield I think it’s clearly outclassed by too many alternatives. Once it gets turns after this point, the strongest thing it can do is keep two enemies almost permanently sealed out of the game. This is definitely strong, but gets countered by give turn, can be disrupted by stun and if you compare it to a simple sleep move it’s probably just worse.

For Sanguithor to succeed, you basically need a team that’s already very powerful and controlling. For that reason, I don’t think there’s really any selling point. Any niche synergy it has is better done by other monsters. The only reason it’s not F tier in PvE is battles go far longer and control is what you should aim for so its design is actually perfect for that. Even so, it’s still below average and is poor for heavily buffed content where enemy AoE attacks will wipe it out easily.
