I agree with speed. I think a damage nerf destroys her too much. The only way she will be able to charge is if there happens to be a revenge mon or she will have to attack twice.
2 Maeve attacks for one kill and another flutter on the field will just not be viable enough I think.

Shielding and 70 speed would be quite balanced I think
Give her a non piercing revenge breaker move, and increase the base damage so she can reliably two shot non critical targets while still punishing revenge targets properly

Nullifying strike only kill everything if you have a flutter on youre side .
Without a flutter she kills only monsters with low def.
Top killer monsters with high attack have low defense .
Maeve is a good one - without her you meet only teams with high attack top killer mons in FL.
Maeve should be nerf perhps - but other monsters should be nerfed too.
Infernicorn didnt got shield entree because he had stun converter âŚand the hole fire link monsters need a generell speed nerf .
Maeve is not the problem .
Monsters like maeve are created to eleminate the faults of the devs because they greate to crazy monsters in the past - to much stun imu to much high speed mons .
Maeve is a creation to compare this .
We will see how the devs would handle it .
Perhabs they would nerf the second form but i dont believe that they will touch the awken maeve .
If they reduce the speed youre back in the past - and its link thunder time -padrinorca and shiny fox kill everything in FL .

Maeve pretty old monster compare with GF and Willhemina. We never Saw she is become toxic before u release âthatâ banner.
Maeve wasnât that big of a problem but when they gave out free Mantis for everyone which is definitely too fast with instant double dreamhunt , then it became a problem. We now see meta turning into union builds: lunactia, mantis, recently buffed beetle, new aquatic legend etc.
Tbh just stop giving bond boosts smhw , it feels so wrong .

Earlier today i was running a link earth team , faced an Awakened carmilla , my girl with her huge tits tanked an entire hellfire mortar double from tricarnium and not even below 90% health .
Only thing that dealt damage was gnashjaw but low stats was not engh to one shot and the 42 tu entire heal is just too balanced.
Entire match got over but i couldnât kill carmilla with a regular throw / mortar based team .
Same applies with Maeve fam , yeah she feels balancing out the meta with other toxic team
But fam u do need to realise that a lot of other normal teams (the one which are meant to have fun with ) struggle too much against her due to her def boost .
Yeah I agree. We could look at the defence too. Especially as she has focus so itâs easy to hide her behind protectors while bypassing the enemyâs. Will be interested to see what option the devs choose
I agree. This is where the main problem lies. Also the shielding could be changed to flutters too. Most suggestions work, but this is the best option imo. Rocklock is also slow so it still works as a counter.
That way, it can still charge itself well so it doesnât absolutely ruin the monster. Also it gives more time to kill the supporting flutter so there are options by nerfing the speed.

Throwback!! I kinda feel they did the wrong nerf on that. They should have put a 50 sec restriction on the Cannibalise and that would have worked fine.
