In our clan chat Arkile just suggested that there should be restriction on the GT move (100 sec). That + reduce the speed of Fox so it can’t outspeed orca would also be fine

that doesn’t do anything to Poseidon, I’ve used it and orca rarely gets to kill him, I don’t know what the possibility is but there are rng involved,
Just make his camo on entrance and his is fixed. Let’s not buff orca anymore than that (any nerf to his counter is a buff)
I think the GT spam at the start of battle would still be viable even without the camo
Only awakened nikki can one shot a fire Poseidon with true hit at 99% speed and I love this fact

Aquamari one shots Poseidon with Stealth break and has good speed. I know not everyone has it, but second form he one shots.

yeah it also gets outsped by a +9 poseidon which can give turn to either myst or antistan to give turn to a double piercing move lol

I haven’t played much from a few months back, and therefore I have not enough experience facing Poseidon. A few days ago, I tried a true hit against it (the only time I’ve tried true hit against Poseidon) and I think I lowered his life to a little more than it’s half. Of course, it was a plant monster (blacktitan) against a Poseidon of fire, but still, true hit is supposed to be one of the most powerful attacks of the game. I thought true hit could actually do something there
I have to say, I got so mad that day, that I changed my nick to “Poseidon Sushi” and built a counter FL . Now I just enjoy the massacre.

Devs targeted monsters that people refused to evolve to their 3rd form because the 2nd forms were too powerful. it wasn’t just your piercing Cani FL SE’s that were targeted - Ziberius, Astrogolem and Crimseas got the same treatment to their 2nd forms. which from a devs point of view would make sense - if you decided to create a design that nobody wanted to use you would try and fix the problem - in this case the problem is that the 2nd forms were too good.
the devs fixed that.
and actually if you look at it from the point of view of individual monsters it makes sense. the fact that 2 of those monsters were used in your FL obviously makes it seem like the devs were targeting it specifically which may not actually be the case at all.
also - as a general point about what people are saying about jaguardian and angelion not receiving the same sort of nerf treatment its also worth pointing out that both of these monsters are really easy to kill. as is orca tbh. also spectrefox…although…you kinda have to do it many times without a nullifier/void.
the dolphins are too tanky. full stop. AS posiedon just needs a RAW Abyssal Command move and problem would be solved.
