At first there were two events where you could get 10 rare gems.
The 4 events after you could get only 3 together.
Will the be this rare in future?

It’s probably because they realised how valuable they actually are and how much money they lost / gained adding them and decided on their value that way, or its cause they gave everyone who used them 5 more free gems
It’s fine as it is. If you manage to obtain 5 you have a 40% chance to get a legendary. That’s pretty insane from what it used to be without these gems.
They should be rare and stay rare. Else the point of these rare gems is pretty useless.
Snuffy’s right, come to think about it maybe you could see the rare gems at the gems section which you could actually “BUY” pffft

Mister negativity is back in action. I think it will stay at 40 percent for a while, otherwise they would have reduced it to 20% when the festival eggs ended
Honestly, 40% may stay for a long time - they most likely put “temporary” to leave them the option of removing it after they find out if the actual ROI of 40% rare gem spins matches the predicted ROI…if they didn’t put temporary everyone would flip if they changed it because their margins were going down, but I think if they are making money it will stay 40% - I wouldn’t worry too much.
Even on 40% there are unlucky people like me that rolled SE on all of the super rare gems hatch 3 on my case or maybe 4 don’t remember exactly xd
