[Suggestion][ Ranked PvP]

I doubt it will be permanent. They seem to do it roughly every 5 seasons

Paid players should fight against paid players, it is impossible to win if free players against awaken monsters can win but the percentage is very small. I feel bad for new players if meet enemies who have 3 mythics in a team.

I also found that some mythical pets are designed too op, and teams without awakening myths will become more and more difficult to compete with teams with awakening myths

Lol. I literally stopped playing at 90k during the third day of pvp since i thought pvp was over and i was 30 games ahead of anna if i hadn’t stopped and grinded the third day there was no way anna would had been even close.

I dont know about anna winrate ratio and asked her/him for a post but i doubt it would have been higher then mine but i also wanted to know.

Acting like am the only one with 96% winrate thats funny of you to say, because i have never said anything about others and secondly a small sample size does not determine your winrate ratio.

Anna showed her skills and proved ranked is just grind fest ! She was just 1 win away from rank 1 . It was just a race of who used the tickets most and sadly Anna had to sleep.

If any of the well known skilled players actually tried for top 10, things will be quiet different I reckon ! But the thing is they cba to try for it in current ranking methods .

PS : tickets are already limited . Isn’t it like 48 tickets in 24 hours ?
And limiting number of matches in a season isn’t gonna happen cos no game does that . They want players to play more ! So a better ranking system must be designed !

You like to keep ignoring the fact that i gave up an entire day since i thought pvp was over.

Anna was 30 games away from me if i had not stopped. There was no way in hell she be close and btw anna became rank 1 for a mere second before i took it again.

Lets do the maths

24 hours generate 48 tickets for anna to tie with me she needed to play 30 games for a tie and 31 to pass me

Lets assume anna has 100% winrate during that day so for her to tie with me she needed to grind 30 games. On average 15 games takes about 2.5 hours so she would had spent 5 hours grinding for a tie.

Lets assume she has 90% winrate she would need to play 33 games for a tie where that would take her to around 5:21 hours roughly.

Plus she would had needed 16.5 hours of wait time for her tickets to generate for 33 game.

Even u know ranked is grind oriented and it doesn’t prove a point . And 90+% win rate doesn’t mean a thing against “trash” players !

Ye I’m gonna point it out , if any other players get high win rate it’s cos they played against trash ? But Ur win rate means “skill” …

If u r going to take issue cos i said there are other players with skill level to beat u , I’m very sorry for u! I know uve had rough history with the player base but sometimes u should let go of the past .

I don’t necessarily think pvp being grindy is a bad thing. It is just way too grindy. Let’s stop arguing about useless things and go back to talking about how we can make pvp feel like grindy but doesn’t make you “immune to sleep”. Let’s make pvp great again…for everyone.

I think PvP is good the way it as long as ranked is only 3 days and ranked has better rewards. The rewards and effort required for non-ranked is perfect :ok_hand:
That means at least 90% of PvP is very well balanced. Just my opinion though.

No it’s not !
Every game I’ve seen so far have different players in top spot in every season . Because meta keeps changing with power creep and players who are innovative with the respective power creep grab the top spot.

First 3 seasons were okay but even after so many seasons just one player is grabbing top spot with essentially one single team means something huge is wrong and needs to be acknowledged.

It’s kinda frustrating that devs are this negligent and irresponsible . Or who am I to judge them , they might be getting under paid for they do , so they might be lacking the motivation !

I said ranked needs some improvement. Set tickets is not the solution matchups will be effected. People need to get more wins and play more games. There is grind no doubt, but bare in min the No 1 last season skipped a whole day and still won. People had a chance to take the crown.

There was this tower defense game I used to play a few years ago and to get ranked 1 you needed to sacrifice your life to Satan and not sleep for a week. People could actually buy tickets to get ahead. So imagine the grind.
This was a popular game with millions of downloads. I just accepted that I will never be rank 1 and was happy to rank high enough to get decent rewards. Same for Neo. I’m content with top 50. I think rank 1 often involves sacrifice of time to get.

In every game there is a grind for rank 1 and neo monsters is no different.

Take for example heartstone.

Instead of 3 day grind its a month worth of grind for rank 1. The only possible way to achieve rank 1 is by making heartstone your job. And in return players actually make money off heartstone and get qualified for tournaments to earn more money.

In neo monsters the rewards are trash for rank 1 and i have discussed this with the devs and they believe its fair. I believe if rewards were better more players will be willing to compete just like heartstone.

Imagine 120 gems for achieving rank 1 wouldnt this make nearly all top players aim for the rank even with a 3 day grind.

As for some allegedly called veterans players they really should stop comparing there winrate from two or three years ago as times have changed and more players got better at the game and more strategies have been developed. Its like sitting with the old man saying how great he was when he was young but reality if he played in todays game he might not stood a chance.

I have also publicly shown my winrate many times over and over and each time with a decent sample size for comparisons and how many veterans responded non. I had asked anna for her winrate ratio she has not responded and am going to ask @Yakuza show his winrate ratio for comparison reasons too and he probably will not show either.

As for ranked pvp i think it should be spilt. Just like heartstone where ranked is open for a month but with limited amount of tickets.

So you have two section

Unranked- open all month with unlimited amount of tickets.

Ranked open all month with limited amount of tickets.

So you have plenty of time to complete ranked. But what this does is make the timing of rank very critical because at the end of the month you would most likely not find games or play vs low tier players so it would be completely unfair for those thay competed in the heat of pvp.

This system is probably more fair then you expect just lower the amount of days from 3 to 2 or increase the rewards so they are some what worthy.

I respect that ! If ur suggestion can bring win rate to the front in terms of ranking , I’m fine with it

All i read was this, but yes, i do believe this would encourage some players
