Sorry to hear that, and it is a shame, but the devs are very busy and I’m sure they will get back to you and work out a solution with you on your issue. Patience is key.
the devs do answer, but due to their work (and the fact that they read all mails) it could take a few days. depending on timezone and it will be a bit longer even.
