My game is broken...

I bought two gem packages yesterday, the 3.99 and 7.99. I never received the gems and the money was taken off my balance. Now when I try to press either of those buttons again to repurchase the game gets stuck on processing… I’ve contacted them on Facebook with no response. What can I do?

Are you contacting the correct facebook page? Many have been sending messages to the less active page.

You can get in contact with the developers directly and reliably by emailing shopsupport@zigzagame.net where I’m certain they will sort things out for you.

It was the one with the game logo. I sent an email to that address yesterday and have gotten no response yet…
I just hope I get my gems before the festival is over…

In my experience ,they will  reply not more than 1 and half day or 2 days.

They just got back to me. I hope they can help
