Bought gems but never recieved them

Title says it all, anyone else have this problem?

I had it once, restarted app and had the gems. if not, go to the offical facebook page and send them a mail, thats the fastest way to contact admins.

.Also, if they don’t respond, you can contact apple via their website’s phone number (located here: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/account/) for ful refund. Just give them your email address you used for your purchase, the game

 name, and the problem you faced. I’m 90% sure they’ll refund you at no charge and for full price.
