During the Christmas egg I purchased x12 gems (x6 paid + x6 bonus) (purchase time 5th Jan 7:00pm UTC). After finishing the payment the game restarted (not like force stop or anything it just restarted on its own), I don’t know whether this is the normal action after making purchase. But anyway, after the restart I didn’t saw my purchased gems credited. So I thought it takes time, usually when I make IAP in other games I instantly get the items.
After 30 minutes I sent an email to neomonsupport.iap@zigzagame.net
Attaching details of purchase, IGN, friend code, restore code. But got no reply.
I know it was limited support until 6th January. So I decided to wait. Yesterday I send another email. But till date I haven’t received a response from the developers.
x12 gems is not at all a big deal for me. But not responding to email is not a good behaviour from the developers.
