New move - Sniper Survivor - if this monster survives 300 seconds it deals critical damage to the target monster, ignoring protect and shield. Some damage is reflected back to the user.
This skilled would be better suited as blitz survivor. On the sniper theme… how about double sniper survivor that effects two enemies regardless if they have stealth or not i.e ignores stealth. With the meta now more or less stealth and with monsters having camouflage this would be good. we can also have a similar passive like infiltrator which means that monsters attacks ignore stealth
Or then a loadable sniper shot which ignores protect skills. To make it different from mortar, load sniper shouldn’t provide a shield to its user.
Those are both cool ideas. I more meant a move that bypassed protectors. So you could still hit a sweeper even if Aegis were protecting it. If it worked like confident strike I would be ok with that, but it’s going to be a game changer so the time restriction seemed appropriate.
oh. I just thought you meant it bypasses stealth.
the whole point of protectors is that they protect your sweepers. if there is such a skill then what would be the point of running protectors. on the other hand, it is a cool idea.
That’s why I would put a time limit and make it survivor.
Excessive force and piercing bypass HG and shields.
Death Revenge counters the very essence of the game.
I think Sniper Survivor, or Swift Sniper, or a 1 time use Sniper would add a similar wrinkle.
