Yeah this was one of the things that kept her out of F tier for a long time for me. Nobody ever used it, but after all FL poison stuff was nerfed she was the only thing left untouched so she could still enable high speed poison sweeping at the start of a battle plus stealth on your team. I’m sure people with big collections could have done powerful things with that but it didn’t look like anyone tried. Now we’ve got many more dangerous high speed FL monsters that poison sweeping isn’t so great.

I also felt every time I played against her that despite her being slow it was tricky to play around her sneak attack because the stealth move is such low TU. So she tended to get kills anyway and I mostly had to ignore her, which meant her baseline felt reasonable. That, plus the fact you should always run her alongside poison monsters makes her sound fine in theory… but I also appreciate her design is clunky and is outclassed by various other monsters.

Yeah it’s a pretty cool change they made. Haven’t properly thought it through but making it counter revenges is a sweet upgrade that doesn’t immediately make the monster busted

Yeh they listened :upside_down_face:

Given its high turn cost, it should have been critical damage to all, and its unlimited seal should be something similar to the Charyd’s bindings, but at least this is an improvement.

It’s an excellent idea to have a monster that can’t be targeted kill 4 monsters while ignoring all conditions  Sometimes I wonder if people actually think about what they’re saying.

I think you’re forgetting that for every skill you use you fall back 255 seconds. Also, when it comes to giving overpowered skills to waifus, if they don’t hold back…

And you kill 4 monsters while ignoring all the conditions—that is not balanced at all.

You know there are waifus much more OP than this dragon; as long as it has at least one good skill, it won’t unbalance it

He also has new stun assimilation(but cant absorb teammates’) so that makes him faster when stunned so your suggestion might be too OP

Aw man he is now a good counter against stunners and revenge spammers plus he is immune to chrono killer due to his other passive and also immune to death revenge since he cancels them so he is now almost unstoppable alr

From the sound of it i do expect a nerf here (like making him selectable to attacks that hit 2 - 3 enemies but i hope thats not the case)

I must admit I’m using it in PvP, and yes, it’s quite good with this new upgrade; there are many revenge monsters that are frequently used

Congrats guys, you begged enough for totally unnecessary and over-the-top buffs, and it will now be nerfed in 2 months back to where it was.

I am sorry but who needs payback killers at this point :joy:

He literally couldn’t kill anything till his last mythics.

But not before everyone complains how OP he is to no avail, then people feel the need to save up gems to roll for him next banner. That’s when the nerf will happen. Oh, they will also, for no particular reason, increase the cost of an old ■■■ mythic to 18 as they are more problematic than the new mythics capable of summoning legendaries and reviving at a cost of 17.

Lol

@Dev_VKC What they did is really stupid—making this monster untouchable. Meanwhile, a Fire Link monster with Emberelle can take out up to four monsters in a single turn. In my opinion, it was fine as it was and didn’t need buffs—except maybe something for stun, which they did add, along with making the sealed monster untargetable.

This is what I’ve been thinking since the beginning. Every other monster has some kind of condition for them to not be possible to target. It’s so silly Sanguithor has no real condition at all. The only way you can make that balanced is by making the monster underpowered… as they did.

With the buff it’s now got some scary potential, or at least it’s extremely strong in the right matchups. I think trying to find a balance where it’s strong enough people want to use it but weak enough that being unable to kill it isn’t a problem… that’s kind of impossible.

The smarter move is probably to make it impossible to target with single-target moves (and give turn moves - or teammates in general) then balance it around that being the design.

Idk how to describe quite good, had a match where opponent cleared half my team and I wasn’t able to do single thing about it.

After the last patch this monster is now obviously overpowered, especially together with other very strong fire mythics.
