Yeah as the others say, that’s referring to special rule. I’m just referring to the restriction list, where I find that those with big collections have many alternative options to them.
I do like seeing special rules which levels the playing field from time to time

I am doing okay I just came back and started saving my gems for 500. This time I won’t let my urge to gamble to use it all away and quit again since I actually have a pretty good life outside of neo monsters and I can play this game in the background and enjoy my life lol
How are you? nice to see so many players still playing this game and the game improving even if it is in a controversial way (op mythics but that’s okay I guess :P)
