I think they should reverse the percentages of the rare eggs, despite having a 40% chance it is difficult to come out legendary.
I have opened more than 10 rare eggs and only SE duplicates.

I am agree because
First of all it is hard to get legendary like KLF asther2 said
And second because when you get legendary it also a high chance to get dupe
I got something about 8 legends in which 5 are dupes from rare eggs
And also not from that also from Super epic
If you can’t change percentage please do something about to not get dupe easily from rare eggs not only for legendary also for super epic…
Personally I think the rate for a legend is high enough but it needs to be done in a way that is higher chance for no dupe or if you roll a dupe you get a reroll. Guaranteed legend if you already landed and got a dupe but only get one reroll so could still pull a dupe
