Rank 100 is great

You’re right. I got quite some good monsters actually in the beginning (first 6 month) and I finished every piece of PvE mission (that is not hell/overbuffed) quickly too. So my team was good, but only for PvE. But PvP, no chance.

But a few of the event monsters helped me a lot too, like Spectrefox shiny or Scaleguard. They are very good monsters. Even the 5* Carapasca is extremely useful if you have nothing against stun. Even my current PvP team still got this three 5* monsters in regular use.

Imagine you have to build your team after stun, because that’s the only strong feature you have, but you cannot protect yourself, then a single stun counter monster will sweep your entire team away. But you yourself have only weak 4* and 5* stun absorbers and no stun counter. If you get set against a stun team, you’re very lost.

Or this mortar lock, if you have no monsters to restrict that setup from happening, You’ll not get any turn again. Now I can easily restrict that, but at 100 I often couldn’t.

Of course if you’re 100 and your opponent is 200+, his skill is so much better too, because he got so much more experience. Then I blame the matchmaking again.

What about players who are just weak skill? They got monsters that are kind of good, but they are not able to build good teams and not able to play well? Or children who have weaker skill? They just lack of skill and might never reach a high skill soon. They should face similar opponents too. Or high hero rank with fantastic monsters, but no skill. The matchmaking don’t see all that.

The algorithm is lacking a lot of proper judgment.

Players who post since years in this forum doesn’t see it, because you’re the top 500 or top 50. But if you have a win rate of 90+%, others get the 90% lost battles. Not just because you’re so good, but because you’re just better than the matched opponents. Because there are, like you mentioned before, maybe just not enough players to match you with.

Put Magnus Carlsen in chess against 100 good players with ELO 1500 to 2000, he’ll win 100 games. Maybe one he’ll loose. He has to match other master players that the opponents are fair.

But the developers have to look into so many directions, people who abuse the matchmaking system. Player groups who 24/7 play on shared accounts. People who abuse the hero rank system. Skilled people who grind accounts to sell them or work in companies that grind/sell. So many problems to face for them :sob:

or like me u could just not sleep. XD
