When pvp does come back it would be awesome if it had a ranked and unranked feature. Both could cost tickets but if you could challenge someone on your friends list or maybe setup more like hosting a room that someone could join so that we could test strategies.
Also I think it would be cool to have special pvp events. Separate ranking system and prizes just for that event with interesting restrictions. Things like 4 mons only, one type only, epics only, or a lower team cost.
If pvp needs tickets then it’s rediculous. If you have already beat the game there isn’t anything to do when your out of tickets. Pvp will keep people busy but it won’t if needs tickets
Furthermore, in HunterIsland, pvp between friends is convenient, as it has the pvp invitation function. You can invite your friend in your list to pvp with you. In the beta pvp test, as everyone knows that it only provides the random encounter system… I do hope in the regular one they would put the invitation function back again~~
Id prefer it didn’t have tickets but if it uses them, it does create a way for the Devs to make money still if people want to pay gems to refill their tickets. Maybe just pvp events should use tickets then? People wouldn’t be very likely to buy gems for pvp if it wasn’t an event anyway.
We will start with a point based matchup system that will match up similar strength parities based on past performance (pretty much an Elo system).

We will start by limiting the number of plays one can do for pvp, for server load concerns, but it will not be refillable with tickets because we want this to be purely a test of skill.
