PvP restriction poll - how much are you affected?

Well after they nerf both hard you won’t like using them. You just like to use broken stuff and that’s what balanceing is all about. Restricting, limiting or altering in some way the usage of broken stuff.

I don’t have many more options but even if I didn’t have a limited one, the list shouldn’t be for the ranking and if I want to use spam s + and broken legendaries because for that I spent time and effort on them whoever wants diversity to build a team or just that This list is not for the ranking 2 ranking in a row, diversity was enough, not to mention that diversity is an excuse

they cannot, it is not viable, there is no reason in that case there are mythical ones that must also be polished

give it nerf, but don’t ban it, so if we make a list of broken things it would be huge

I only have 2 Restricted Mons from the List. 1 Legendary(G.F) and other is SE.

The key metric is whether the players like it, not whether they can deal with it. The game is made for people to enjoy and whether they have enough monsters or not, if they’re not enjoying this list (which is around 3 out of 4) There’s no point and it should be changed.

Exactly it should be dev, I don’t know how they don’t understand that

I am not affected as badly this time around as last time, but limiting mons really screws with the creativity of teams. A few seasons ago there was a ban on stun mons since it was dominated and people needed to try something else. That is understandable and some new strats popped up from it, but limiting a mon simply because it exists screws with creativity of teams and how they build them. I was really bummed out last season with the limitations just cause I made a new team and was unable to test it. Part of neo is using strats that work and then finding new teams to try out. No problem there. But limiting mons cuts of branches to a good strat that probably will never be discovered since the limiting stops people from even trying it.

Yeesh what an essay, but 'tis my opinion as clearly as I can make it.

The problem which can be observed everywhere people don’t know what they really want. And do everything to hold onto status quo.
So that can’t really be a key metric in any game.

After this rule is established as status quo in a year or so and if then taken away people will burst into tears aswell.

So the only metric which should be considered is logical thinking.

Are you guys seriously telling me the members on this list don’t have enough mons to change teams?
What is the point of the poll if there isn’t integrity in voting? Not to mention everyone plays with same limitations.

Not everyone has the same, I repeat that it does not amuse us, period, on the other hand it says other good options, there are options, no good

 Yeah, but I want to play rocklock. 6+ monsters I want to use are there on the list and the rest I have aren’t good enough options. It’s a creative strat, only Gary runs it apart from me so it’s rare and broadens the meta. The list inhibits creativity, so I felt my answer was appropriate :yum:

exactly I want to use 9

You do realize the option was “not enough options”.
You do have options, And restrictions like these help players to come out of their comfort zone of already established teams. I am definitely not saying that you don’t create new teams however if “everyone” were force to create their own setups, PVP would be lot more fun than the repetitive stale we have been seeing of late. Restriction will help us in team building in long run.

Team building? I think most top players can replicate 90% of team building. This does not require any restrictions at all

By the way, do you think it’s fun for everyone to create new teams over and over again. . . A good team requires a lot of testing, not repeated restrictions

Not viable ones for rocklock, no. That’s what I’d like to run  the list reduces my enjoyment.

Players who need and should be pushed out of their comfort zone are only one demographic. There are others like me who happily create a new team every season, but sometimes you need certain monsters available to you to create the team you have in mind and be creative. Rock lock being a good example. Then there are others who will be damaged by the fact that too many of the monsters are on the list. So what you’re saying is partially true for some, but not others.

I still come back to the point that the list should save the enjoyment of the game and if it doesn’t do that there is no point. And for three out of four people it doesn’t do that.

we don’t want the list and. we like to create without limitations, and most are the same if for you 2 it is more fun not to use those monsters in your team but to force everyone to follow a list is to ridicule the ranking

Well now atleast we are getting there. Don’t try to hide your personal agenda by saying you are sticking up to the little guys. That’s just nonsense.

That’s a much more valid point anyways. Making up stories of some non-existent dude who needs to play galvbane now instead of Scorp is just stupid.

can I see how limited you have? Even without any, I would still be against the list since there are others that affect them.
