i have spent money to get lava in a special event, to use it with serazael and SE TT. after the nerf this dont work anymore.
i would have not spend money on lava now.
it is a bit like spending money for a Mercedes and after some weeks they say, no you have to drive a honda now…
Open up a second pvp for testing only. Give everyone access to the new (not yet introduced) monster. And you must include the new monster into your team to play this pvp. Small rewards, so everyone tries at least, top 10 (or 20,…) get good reward at the end. Broken strategies will come to light and can be adjusted before people rolled for a OP monster. Fixing afterwards is always ennoying.
It would even bring in more money. Once you played with it and you really like it, you’ll want it…
Basically this. Just give the most experienced players in the game the chance to test the new monsters before you hand them out to all players. They came up with a strat the devs didnt think of and in my opionion this most likely will happen again since the devs have so much to take care of and there are so many monsters out there right now, its only human they cant think of every possible combo. But i also think that the focus right now should be on balancing the excisting legends and monsters, not dropping out one powerful new legend after the other. Some old legends like Talo could need some love, while some of the new ones like gazer need a nerf.
I’m sure the devs allready consider things a lot before launching something, but a few people can always miss something . If you give it to 10 very experienced players, they can also oversee it. Also they need to try it against other very experienced top tier players. But they all have a life too and live around the globe. So if you give it to 10 players, how far will this testing go? Then what, give it to 50 players? Or 100?
So why not let everyone try it, and make it worth giving their best shot with it, because of a reward. The ultimate (or broken) strategies will always surpass the mass and be found quickly. Also, from the moment someone is shooting straight up in pvp, if the team is broken, top players will notice that team, test it themselves, so it will be discovered easily and reported to the devs.
Think about it, if a broken strategy is discovered, it’s always in pvp events. Nerfing stuff after people payed money for it is bad.

Maybe some part time thing could be arranged but I should not be the one to request something like that. I’ll be open for it to discuss and see if some agreement can be reached if they want but I’m fine either way.
As far as rebalancing goes the main thing is that there are not enough monsters that can help you comeback if you lose control of the fight. Stunning entrance used to be super effective but is useless against the higher level players. We need more monsters with better entrance moves like knockback entrance. Also think moves like deactivate which blocks a monster from using a certain skill for X amount of seconds would be good. Passives like TT and give turn block would be good too. Moves that are activated based on what your teammate does would also be good i.e. If your teammate is asleep having a move that does critical damage based on that.
Instead of focusing on new monsters, reworking and updating the huge amount of useless epics and SE would be a good idea as well.
