I just started the game and I was able to pull Penguini, but not much else. I’ve progressed in the game quite a bit, but find that the battles are getting boring and there’s nothing else I can do with my monsters. From my other pulls, I have Ninjastorm, Vegitiger, and Brontoglace, none of which pair well with Penguini.
How does one build a team with Penguini? It seems like it would be horrible in PVP, since it’s essentially a sitting duck before it’s the last monster. I’ve stuck it with a stormfox and seasteed, but would like to improve that. I’ve also captured a Puffoxin, but it’s horrible to use with Penguini.
What are some good team builds to complement Penguini?
What are some farmable (catchable without gems) monsters that I should get, both for my team and just generally?
The special missions omegamid is IMPOSSIBLE to get… how does someone even think about beating that team? It seems like you’d have to spend a ton of money for a ton of good monsters.
For penguini you need a stun team. Try to catch fluffereno, raijin and islandoe, they all have stun bomb. Also try to accelerate him, all of the catchable stun bombers have accelerate team.
Awesome, thanks!! I just caught the other two, but I can’t find fluffereno. Google doesn’t have any search reaults, either. Would you mind telling me where to get it? Also, do I just stick all these stunners with a penguini at the end? I still can’t beat the omegamid team
I’m sorry it’s Flufferno. And yes you should make a team with only stun bombers, then Penguini at the end, before you stun with the last stun bomber, accelerate him so he has 40 sec with last bite instead of 50 sec. If you do it right you should be able to win the extreme challenge… You could also catch Dracomander, he is a 1 star monster with knock back. So if there is a monster with stun absorb or he is stun immune you can knock him back, wait till he’s dead and then start stunning.
I got it down, thanks guys! There’s one guy that auto-poisons you that you can use to your advantage. The poison stops the three dreamy entrances, but you have to time it right. I followed crazypary’s advice and left the shadowbaron, dolph, and rex, and was fine. Thanks again all!
