It seems the mushroom is the culprit of the freezing issue and egg banner chaos. Whoever hatched it may not be able to launch the game, but you should be able to receive the monster successfully after that.
I spend 100000 pack dev vkc I got every mythic in game and awakened them but didn’t get sageroom I know it was my fault for being greedy but I blame you because I was greedy and selfish about it and I should get the fake compensation for it.

Really seem like this whole fiasco was just to make everyone spend there gems since last time they got refunded. This time they twisted it so no one will get a refund. The perfect scam during a double gems and we all know the 2nd mythic gonna be much better and some will be force to spend. Find it really weird you have sageroom as you profil pic and just finesed the whole community with it and even going on saying it was planned when it defenetly wasn’t planned at all since the begening. We never had 5 legendary featured at the same time.
