If u are going to begin with a new I’d make sure u save some gems for some S+ monsters in the new comer festival. If u want some help for downloading neomonsters from Cuba u can ask any player from cuba in the forum

Yes, I heard you guys can’t buy the game from Cuba so you can take help from @TNCGodZeus or @DRACARYS or anybody with the ‘TNC’ prefix in downloading it. And if you don’t want to start over, you can use your restore code of it works normally but I do suggest starting over and do as @Unholy_Prem suggested.
