The friend code is 19399554 And the name was blocked because it changed ownership.
there are 2 options, or you used a name inappropriate, or that account has been in too many devices different
and I think it in any of the 2 cases not there solution
I think it’s been on several devices but all I want is to change the name, not to unlock it, although if it were, it would be good.

Nope, account shareing buying or gifting is against the TOS, the punishment for such acts is having the name change feature blocked
This was mentioned by the devs about half a year ago so you are probably out of luck, unless they change their mind one day
I know, but it’s normal in games, like in everything else. I mean, it doesn’t make much sense that it’s not legal for people to exchange accounts that are scammed, because that’s not the developers’ fault.
