Shared accounts have the featured blocked names cant be changed if a account is found to be shared among multiple people. Or if devs are currently investigating an account. If you want free regin to to change your name you gotta make your own account
Remember that devs also block users to change name if suspected of cheating

Ok. Apparently, our game engine’s Chinese Simplified font has some issues on iOS 18. We will be looking into it. Please let me know if anyone encounters this missing font issue on other OS versions.

Go to 设置 > 通用 > 字体 > 系统字体, download 苹方-简
It should fix the issue.

If I remember correctly, in your case, someone other than you claimed to be the original account owner and asked us to change the name to the one you are seeing now.
We’ve encountered many similar cases where different users request name changes for the same account. Are you seriously claiming that you’re not using a shared account?
Whoever’s name is banned, that decision is final and permanent. We will not reverse it.
