My username is CFNxxNARUTO—though outside of ranked seasons, I typically use the name CFN TOLETE DURO or something random. I recently noticed that my username has been blocked. I have invested a significant amount of both time and mon@y into this account; please resolve this issue for me right now. My Friend ID is 65424542. Thank you.
This is another case of “what do you expect to happen” when that name can have a vulgar meaning, roughly translating to “hard stick” (or hard male organ 
)
Let me ask you why do you put a name like that and expect nothing to happen? And you come in here like you have been wronged.
Supposedly, inappropriate words are already restricted—right? Or is everything considered vulgar now? How sensitive—and ironic—considering this used to be a game full of semi-nude women.(And the word “tolete” is not a swear word.)
Yeah and “duro” isn’t either. But what happens when you combine the two words???

Beside this individual case, which I don’t judge because it’s foreign language to me, I generally like the idea of name change blocking after abuse, but please free it automatically after maybe one year, crime and punishment somehow have to fit together in my opinion.

At least let me use my nickname, CFNxxNARUTO; I don’t want to spend a whole year with the one they gave me.
If the name was important to you at all you wouldn’t have used an inappropriate one.
I don’t remember exactly but VKC said sometime ago that some offence locked your name change function for 3 months to half a year and some other offence was permanent, I dont remember which offence was which, but I’m sure you mods with your mod powers can dig it up or remember better than me

It’s true that VKC said this before, that nobody is left with the blocked name forever and that the punishment is limited.
But in reality it seems that you have to appeal in some way and there is no automated release of the name block.
I also remember that Lokis name was fixed by VKC into GTO Mr Loki after the community complained that the fixed name was very offensive.
Maybe VKC can just fix yours into the proper one = CFNxxNARUTO?
This way you have the punishment of not changing it wildly, but still have no offensive name.

If your name is blocked, it is usually because of account sharing. In your case, your account was accessed by more than 20 different devices. That’s definitely not normal.
Please understand that account sharing and account trading are prohibited.

It is somewhat illogical since the accounts go from one phone to another for various reasons, be it modernity, the fact that it has been broken or a gift, what I am saying is that they cannot say that it happened through different users.

I think people are exaggerating a bit just because of the name. At least they didn’t ban his account — I mean, there have been other cases with a much harsher punishment for sharing an account multiple times
