I can feel for you that you’re blocked, but posting the same content 3x within a short time period is not going to help.
Why are you blocked?
Did you use an *.apk? Did you use a mod? Did you BM somebody? Did you cheat?
Regardless, the best way to solve this issue, is to directly contact the developers with providing user ID and friend code.
Good luck to you, if you’re innocent, they’ll surely unblock you quickly.

However, you can get your second chance by starting a new account and never cheating again

You can get that back in a legitimate account within a month. You cheated, therefore your account is banned. Point blank and period.

Hello friend, I am very sorry about your problem. I suggest you contact the developers through a private message, explain your situation ask them to review and check your account. Tell me in advance that I will use a mod, if you have not done other very serious things you may be able to recover it, ask them for a chance to make things right. Text to developers should be in English and you need to provide your friend code/restore code. Good luck getting your account back

That’s nothing nowadays. It’s so much easier now to get gems and hatch a lot of monsters. Like @DMG_LUCKDRAGON said, you’ll get that back in a few months.
This is completely irrelevant. All forms of cheating are strictly prohibited. It’s absolutely unnecessary to use cheats in Neo Monsters, it’s really a pathetic thing to do.
Now stop crying, accept the consequences of your mistake and start a new account if you still want to enjoy this game.

I agree with GodZeus that honesty could play a part here.
I have no clue what you did for 3 years, but your account seems not competitive at all and rather weak.
I would install the game from official playstore, restore the game there to show you play properly now.
Then let the developers check if your cheating was really just minor. If you’re lucky they’ll unblock your account.
And if not, just start over, I started over with a second account last autumn and I barely play. That account is better than yours already.
