OM, how do you qualify for certain rewards?

I’ve completed my first ever online mission today, after having only gotten to checkpoint 2 on the ice ninja OM. In the advert’s for the OM’s it says partial, and top 10%. Completion as two reward tiers. How does one claim the rewards offered via the OM’s, when would one be able to receive them, and how does Hunter Island classify “partial completion”. Thank you for any help/ re-directs given

Mission completion rewards are awarded after you beat the boss on the final floor. The top prize is only awarded to the first 10% of people that complete it though, if you complete it but are not in the first 10% to complete it then you only get the reward marked “<Everyone>”.

The mission progress rewards are awarded to you along the way to getting to the last floor. There are mini bosses, along the way and if you beat them you get the progress rewards. You get a popup “You sense a presence on this floor” when there is a boss or mini boss on it.

If you do manage to complete the final boss and you manage to get the top 10% reward, then for the rest of the seasons online missions (10 weeks) you have to finish in the top 1% to get the completion reward.

Thank you. Sad to say I won’t be able to get this weeks OM monster (I’m addicted to hydras, but better luck next time regardless) but I’m thankful you’ve given me the info I needed to better understand OM’s

No problem.

You could always try your luck in the gold mission eggs if you’re able and/or willing to spend money on the game. You never know, you may get lucky. If not then they’ll eventually be released into the wild anyway (although not for a while yet). I really liked this weeks arkadian as well.

Just blew 15$ on gold, for OM eggs, got a bunch of unevolved common arks, with the very last one giving me an S rank plasmarex. I already have two of those lol. I have run out of money, lol. Out of my 25$ gift card 16 went to this game :stuck_out_tongue: well, can’t wait for the update for egg spinning being truly random, because right now the only person to blame for my “bad” rolls is me. Timing eggs isn’t my thing but bleh… I’m not the greatest at lottery type things lol

The devs will never win as long as there are players that have egg only arks. Right now players can see what they might get and have some control over what they get. If eggs are completely random there will be just as many complaints about the bad outcomes when you buy eggs. Eggs should only be a method of avoiding the boring work of farming arks by pounding the same spot for hours. Personally, I would buy eggs instead of the tedious pounding. Some players enjoy the farming and would not be at such a disadvantage in pvp that is now present. Right now the egg timers and the 1% of the players that can complete the weekly rat maze fast enough have a significant advantage in pvp. I am very bad at timing eggs but fortunately I am a fast rat. The couple of weeks that I did not go fast enough, I had to buy mission eggs to complete the ark. However, I have given up buying mission eggs because the odds of getting what I want seems to have decreased.

Why are you bad of timing? Just curious, I thought they say timing is pretty much based on practice. So if you do it like egg farming, then you’ll eventually get it right?

Some people just don’t have a good sense of rhythm and it throws off the timing

*edit*

Oh nvm, wouldn’t want to get in trouble.
