Is there a required number of quests or hunter ranking you must have before the starter Arks begin to spawn by Orlen. I’ve darted the game and immeadiately started farming for starter arks and I now have 35000+ silver and still haven’t seen a Frostkit.
No. They are just really really rare. You can technically find one at the very start of the game.
