Thanks for the update. Some compo will be nice too. I mean some of us stopped playing PvP because it was a waste of time without rewards therefore missed out on more rewards.

A solution has been found for this issue, and will be rolled out soon so you can claim all of your missing rewards from the reward box, along with a sorry news.

I only recieved the rare gems, but not the legendary pots:flushed:
We have re-sent the rare gems, and are currently working on re-sending the potions. 
Should all be there now. If you still have issues please contact our support, and they will be able to sort it out for you!
Yeah i didnt get my SE potion. Also no compensation??
I got everything except 1 super epic potions and the omegamid.
I was supposed to get 2 super epic potions.
How can I contact support?

Some Epic Potions and Super Epic Potions were missed in the original wave (Specifically ones due to wins), so it may have come later than when I originally posted it was fixed. So please check again.
Can i have secret reward for 120 wins and 25k vp?

Great to see people have been granted their missed rewards!
However, I was on 49 wins this morning when I started playing. The next win gave me a rare gem in my inbox but when I tried to claim it I got the message “couldn’t connect to server”. My connection was perfectly fine and I instantly closed the rewards menu, re-opened and clicked the rare gem again but it said that it no longer existed because it had been claimed already (something like that). I checked and had not been granted the rare gem on my account. When I clicked on the rare gem initially it did not have the “1” on it, like we were seeing with the bugged rewards.
I’ve done some more PvP matches and restarted my game but the rare gem hasn’t come back or been added to my account. So could it still be a problem for people now reaching these rare gem / potions rewards?
P.S. I will be contacting support to get my rare gem from 50 PvP wins. Maybe they will find out what caused the problem and hopefully they won’t simply blame it on my internet connection “dropping for 2 seconds” because I never have that and was playing a game on my laptop at the same time (on the same WiFi) with no issue.
Support is pretty understanding. Once there was a bug that made me unable to reach level 300 of the island challenge even though I had won the last fight. They gave the the rare gems anyway.
I’m confident that I’ll get my rare gem I just mean I hope they manage to catch the issue with PvP rewards if there is one still.
I did not get my rare gem it says this 
i cannot claim achievements after completing crown event 20 times. Click the button but no reaction.
I’m still missing 1 SuperEpic potion and 1 omegamid. I got everything else so far including rare gems
Anyone who contacted support should receive a reply within the next few hours.
Some rare gems were resent incorrectly, and the issue will be rectified and gems resent correctly within the next few minutes.
