Just logged in, got a pop-up with a rare gem from pvp rewards. Didn’t click claim b/c I wanted to confirm I still only had 2 in my inventory before claiming it to determine if I too was having this issue. Force closed the app (no way to not claim it or close the pop-up), relogged in, went to my rewards and there are no rewards and I still have 2 rare gems 
This just happened to me as well.
My reward was only an epic potion, but a reward is a reward, and if this is a bug that needs to be fixed, any help will do.
I claimed it, but the inventory was still at zero afterwards.
I fear that it will happen on future gems now.

Same here any of those potion I didn’t receive and rare gems.
I know it says you’re a mod, but I’m not giving out my restore code to ANYONE. I worked too hard to get my account hijacked. I already had to start over once.

I didn’t receive any SE potion nor rare gems - will there be any compensation since this are a general problem
I also didn’t receive rare gems and potion se after claimed in reward… This is a big bug,very offend.

I also clicked to rejoin game when I was playing TNB Sktridrake yesterday and it kicked me to the homescreen and said that it couldn’t connect to server. But was fine when I restarted the game. Gave me a loss though. And I was curious to see how that one was going to turn out, it was so close to the end…
It didn’t do it several times though, just once.
I have been shoved off the battle twice so far. Where i get disconnected and can’t rejoin

Sorry for this issue, we have identified the cause of this issue and are currently looking for a solution.
Once it has been solved, we will re-sending everyone rewards, and you will be able to claim them from your rewards box again.
I will update here once we have sent the rewards again.
