I completed 40 wins and 4000 VP on pvp battle arena and clamed my reward (2 rare gems) but my number of rare gems has not changed, i already had 2 rare gems, it was suposed to have 4 now.

Just to say again, didn’t receive the legend potion I’ve just earned and not even the rare gems.

I didn’t get my reward either
2 epic, Se, and legend pots + 3 rare gems all in all, i noticed when your gonna claim the item there is no number 1 on the middle indicating how many should be acquired, meaning its void/null

I have the same issue. Got no claimed portions and rare gems.

Same thing happened to me even after the mini patch rolled out on August 6th that supposedly fixed this. I just claimed my 40 rare gem reward and my number of rare gems did not increase
Edit: 8hrs later I received the pvp award
in my rewards inbox. This time upon clicking it I did receive my rare gem reward
