Anyone else having issues with PVP rewards. Just noticed I’m missing 2 rare gems and a leg potion.

I also claimed rare gem but it ddint add on my rare gem count, and also 1 SE Pots

I didn’t receive any pvp reward except regular gems.
I missed legendary pot, gems, rare gems and probably youth fruit too (don’t care of those)
But i really want the potion i just didn’t receive

The only rewards I successfully claimed are the gems. ALL MY POTIONS AND INGRIEDIENTS didn’t successfully registered in my inventory.
What I mean is they showed up in my mail box but after claiming they vanished.
Dam it Devs fix this garbage. Wasted so much time. Please give us our rewards. Desperately needed those super epic potions.
Edit: To confirm. I’m not talking about rare gems. The only gems I got was the regular gems

I just came on here to make this post so i’m glad others have found it too. I don’t think i’ve been recieving anything, but I first noticed it with the rare gem not coming in.
If they just give out two gems as compensation to fix this, that’s really going to suck 
Normally when you get a potion it has the number 1 under it. Mine just showed as the potion but didn’t state how many
5 rare gems and 5 legend potion compensation!! xD
When 10k vp is done with 60 wins
Then all fruits , rare gems & all potions should be given !!
To hell with compensation , as everyone is affected by this bug it seems !!!

i dont say they should ignore the 60 wins and 10k vp rewards
i only say they should give compensation for this problem as they always do if server down
