The way the variance works is that after the bonuses and whatnot are done, each monster gets a 4 second speed variable either way, so it can lose or gain 1-4 seconds. Basically below 4 seconds gap it’s a coin flip on who goes first
Mh yeah, but still after bonus Midas is 60 and rider is at 64, so the odds are still favorable for rider… doing some quick math rider still goes first about 85% of the times, which is not a coinflip in any way., but still this is based on the approssimation of the way speed is calculated that we have, which is probably slightly different from reality…
Yeah it should be in rider’s favour most of the time, but it’s affected by the individual speeds of the rest of the frontline as well.
TBH we don’t know for certain how it works, we’ve tried to figure it out as best we can and that’s as close as we can get. Most of the time it works but for very close speed ties it can get a little bit iffy.
Sooooo it’s a loaded coin flip then XD
guess you’re right ahah
We’ll get to test it better next pvp, and hopefully devs will give us the answer on how speed is determined eventually xD
We did ask arthur about it and what we have is technically right to an extent.
Ima palm off the details to Lochi though, he’s the one who spent something like 200 games testing all of this
Congrats Tyrone Hill
Good evening everyone. I hope to have a good battle with you in PvP.
I must post here chibi me riding Ziberius. As most of you know credit goes to Fred. He is very talented dude! Thank you Fredator!
With the turbo night night I managed to reach rank 15 this PvP, maybe I’ve been lucky I don’t know ahah it’s risky but if u manage to set it up it’s Gg all times
Rank 7 with my version ![]()
If only I had Midas… Very strong legendary
Still hoping clan wars become an actual thing.
NmeItachi: The answer is Moji
Hi NMA Just a normal NME coming to see your diabolical plans! (btw what are you plans) (and also answer this? What is the answer?)
Our plans aren’t diabolical! You are the e"NME"y after all so we should be worried about you ![]()
(and also answer this? What is the answer?)
I don’t have a calculator on me so I can’t give an exact answer, but basically you don’t so much answer it as simplify it. The first side is relatively easy because it’s integrating a differential, so you can more or less ignore the integration and find the values of sec y (which is the same as 1 over cos y) between 0 and pi over 6.
Ln root 3 is 3 to the power of 0.5, that’s all you have to do. Then the part I can’t do is i to the power of 64, but if you have a calculator on you then all you need to know is that I is the square root of 1. Just assume that it’s possible and then work backwards, as long as your square it out at the end it should all work
i is equal to the square root of minus 1 so i squared equals minus 1, thus making i cubed minus 1 times the square root of minus 1, making i to the power of four equal to 1. Continuing the sequence i to the power of 64 is also equal to 1.
-1 not 1, that’s my bad. Been a while since I did any half decent maths XD
Well that’s just one little line, you got the rest correct, at least from my point of view.
Edited main post to include a description of what we look for before deciding to add someone. We are not actively looking for members but if someone sets themselves apart, we may take notice.
So how can someone join the clan?
