While the shrine has been out, the rate of new mythics has dropped to an average of 1 a month. Two of them at the anniversary are “half price” because of the guaranteed every 10th pack. So let’s say you get both anniversary mythics and you pick two of the others you want… that’s 6500 gems you need each year.

Call it 15 shrines in a year (haven’t checked my stats), that’s 3375 gems.

Then you have roughly 250 gems a month from doing events (haven’t calculated the average recently, probably higher with all these recent login rewards and daily gems from PvP + daily missions). 250 * 12 = 3000 gems.

3375 + 3000 is basically 6500 gems.

So very roughly speaking you can awaken 1/3 of the mythics that are coming out by playing for free. That’s just talking new ones, you’ll get some older mythics along the way (random hatches + rare gems). If you don’t like either anniversary mythic you can still be getting 1/4 of them. If you’re being selecting with what you want, that should mean you get many of the ones you care about.

While it all seems nice and easy looking at the statistics, there are many variables, frequently you will have to hatch for legendaries without targeting specific mythics because you need to make your team more competitive and we all know how some legendaries are better than some mythics, specially for PVE. Also, lots of events have become way too repetitive and require too much time and effort for little reward after a certain point. Some events have become so boring that even running an auto battle seems like a waste of time. PVP rewards, while great at the beginning, become pointless after you reach grand champion. Now I imagine most players prefer PVP over PVE, so there’s a lot of room for improvement in terms of PVP rewards for continuous playing. I don’t mind spending more time on PVP if the rewards were adjusted, but spending longer on PVE at the moment feels very stale and, again, incredibly repetitive. I’m pretty sure there are ways of rewarding playtime in better formats.

Shrine having much higher odds of a 1.2x return should also be changed so it increases the odds of getting more gems in return.

People can be proud to support the game or of owning all/most monsters in the game, people can be proud to achieve high rankings and good teams etc. without any spending… We can let people enjoy the game how they want to, it’s not that hard.

You can be a spender and be a ■■■■ about it, you can also be a non-spender and be a ■■■■ about it equally, it’s a choice.

This is very true. However, you can get around some of this by being strategic with your hatches. For example, having a short list of 5-10 mythics you want to awaken and hatching on their banners when they include legendaries you don’t own / you want. It means you take much longer to awaken mythics but you do better in the long run.

Everyone should make their own choice about whether to prioritise the short-term or long-term development of their account. I’d personally recommend getting some good legendaries to begin with then at a later point shifting focus onto mythics. When talking about how free players are able to awaken mythics I am basically talking in the context of players that have already shifted focus.

Hahaha don’t worry, I’m working on this again so it’ll all be up to date at some point. Had to work my normal day job on both days over the weekend so didn’t make any progress but I’ve stopped playing my other game so I finally have a lot more time free to keep on top of this stuff.

What I saw at a glance is that German spenders are punk bros :metal:

Exactly, now P2W players have a good reward for investing their money in the game and I agree with that but they should also give help to F2P since all the benefits that free players obtain are also used by P2W, so that I see no reason to reduce the frequency of the shrine of fortune, the reduction of legendary potions and other changes that affect F2P more.

First of all shrine frequency hasn’t been reduced. If you guys didn’t notice, we’ve also got a gem campaign (or even many of them at the same time) many times in a row which never happened before!

Secondly, rewards are designed in the way that the more you play and grind, the more rewards you get. Since spenders can also grind as much as they want, how are you going to design rewards that would benefit only non-spenders? It doesn’t make sense.

Don’t be insolent, neither I nor anyone has to prove anything, here everyone knows what they are doing and how far their skills go in this game, even so I tell you that I am F2p because I am Cuban and here there is no way to put money into the game

I understand about the gem campaigns, it is true that many have been active simultaneously.
I did not ask for exclusive improvements for F2P, I ask for improvements for both, F2P and P2W, I agree that P2W obtain benefits for investing their money but I think they should also focus on creating events that benefit the two groups that make up this community.

I’m not currently playing neo, but in the year and a half I played I progressed like any rookie player and managed to rank among the top 3 using 3 mythics. Unfortunately, for reasons beyond my control, I am no longer playing, but I can still give you many lessons so that you can come and say that you are the best F2p player, and like me, there are many in this forum who are f2p, they have made great progress and they are not bragging about it, well There is no need, if you want pvp send the code and we will fix it

People forget that P2W players have access to everything F2P have as well. Any benefits for free players is going to us as well.

Today’s update heavily promotes low and medium spenders. I am happy they offer a variety of different options for people to choose from.

Whales whaled before and will in the future regardless of the deals offered.

Very good update for the long and loyal spenders and also great update for everyone considering spending since the deals have good value to the price.
