This new SE is flashy one. He looks so cool.It has high Def with phantom Killer also a perfect counter for revival teams. The thing that is bothering me this new SE also has slow speed. He might be good in UC.

I can’t see the reason for shock move. It feels misplaced.
Offcourse it’s got low speed. So it should. That divine punishment move is very powerful.
Also if people think about it they can use that low speed. Canabalise or retreat into fire Titan.
