I hate this lead to. But nerida is already slower than abyss. Abyss is a 78 speed and i think nerida is a 70 if I’m correct. They should just reduce the damage of that move vile rage
It’s strong but LMAO as a newbie and My Tygo assisted thunder Frontline Tygo, Galvbane + Drakozord I killed abyss with a simple (assisted thunder all) attack before he even made a move.
That’s with only 3 thunder monsters in the Frontline. I still lost the match though haha
Just because some people can’t win against it doesn’t mean that it should be nerfed, it means that those some people need to get better at teambuilding.
This FL has been around for over a year and only now has it ever been whined about.
People where complaining about stun aids before so other teams went under the radar you all screamed in past to nerf motor don’t say build better teams cause it’s hypocritcal
I dont care if you guys can win against it or not. Everybody can win, and everybody can lose, it just depend kn your current team. BUT - if you built a FL that isnt 90% speed with 2 or 3 monsters that counter it - you wont beat that FL (i dont care about the rest lf the match).
Again, like motor / deo / any unhealthy thing we had before - if you HAVE to make an EFFORT to counter a FAST 8 killing FL, it result teams with no originality. Either you run abys, or you run a counter to it. After deo and motor nerf eeve aeen alot new frontlines and gameplays, as people were more free to choose. Thats what i wanna see.
Neradia wont die from a 5% lower speed. Make abys 5th and use entrence control and protect. It will be more hard to pull off but thats the point… lower the speed of this unhealthy nonesense.
Personally, I do not have any problems with the abyss nereida frontline. Mostly I am happy to face it cause it runs out of steam quickly and can’t do much against certain lineups. It is cheap and good, but far from a top tier combo.
However, that is exactly the point. As a cheap and good enough frontline it completely destroys a lot of players in the lower ranks, making it somewhat annoying as a lot of people have the needed monsters.
If you can kill abyss quickly, the remaining FL often becomes dead weight or at least slows down the following set up. But if you lack the monsters to pull that off or withstand the blow/recover from it…
To summarize, there should be a tweak to it. Maybe vile rage should kill the monster after it used a move but i don’t know. Guess there are smarter solutions out there. My lineup will remain no matter what, but I fully understand the calls for a change
Well, I am running this FL since the release of Tagozen, which was like 6 to 7 PVPs ago. If you used it first and therefore somewhat rightfully accuse me of copying, I am fine with it. Even though I can’t remember facing the same lineup. Don’t be angry (justified or not), remember that copying is the highest form of flattery.

I’ve said before I don’t think it needs nerfing because it’s not quite like the other horrible FLs of the past that have needed nerfing.
However, what about giving Nereida a passive that means it can’t be given turn and while its on the field you cannot use team turn? This way the vile rage -> detox blast combo still exists but you’ll leave yourself open to attack afterwards. There are still some extra combos you could pull off with it like with Crimseias but you will inevitably be left more open than right now and the combos will be less accessible.
